All of it also suggests that the Minority Commissions for States and Nations can also be developed for all of it because it also gives Greater Human Rights, which is also alternative term for Minority Rights, where the Minorities in States and even in Nations and also worldwide need Greater Rights as well, and Punjabi Gurmukhi also needs all of it from State to National and International Levels, while it also holds true for the Other Minority Languages as the Languages of Minority Communities especially during the UNESCO Indigenous Language Decade of 2022-32, and it is also supporting to Biliteracy Seal as the Greater Language Seal for Minority Languages with Biliteracy, Tri-literacy and Multi-literacy Approaches for Greater as Extra and Additional Rights as well.
Special Remark: The Sikhs and Punjabis in general seem to face Lack of Minority Umbrella because they are also put as Hindus, who keep their Hair (Kesadhari Hindus), and all of it also seems to have been the Root Cause of Blue Star and Thunder Star in 1984 and also Formation of Punjab State as too late in 1967 after about 20 years of independence of India in 1947 as well.

In it, the 5 Columns represent the Bindu, the Quantum Systems with the Four Basic Dimensions in the First Four Columns the Zero Dimensions at the Fifth Column, while the Seven Rows give us the Theory of Elements, the Tat' (Tattva) Darshana.
It thus creates the Quantum-Elements, the Bindu-Tat' as in the Five Columns and Seven Rows with the Bindu as the Light and Tat' as the Theory of Five Basic Elements. The Diagonals of the Rows and Columns take up the Simulations of Quantum, the Bindu and the Tat', the Element, and by using the Cymatics, Harmonics and other Musical Systems, which deal with the Light, Sound and Matter yield the Hora-Horological Time Dimensional Based Light-Sound and Matter Dimensions, which can also create the Phases of both Light as in the Columns and Sound as in the Rows and the combine the Simulations of Light and Sound Amplitudes as in the Cymatics having Amplitude Fusions."
