How Naming Shops and Business after Prophets say Lord Jesus, Guru Nanak or other Sikh Gurus is not Legally, Communally, Socially and Officially Right - An Opinion

In India all religions are equally respected however some points have great disputes that need attention. One of the examples is naming shops and works after great prophets like Lord Jesus Christ and gurus like Guru Nanak. The Sikh people usually do not worship pictures and or the photos. However, it is getting very common nowadays.

Similarly one of the examples is to name after Sikh Guru’s, like Guru Nanak Shop is a very common name that many people use even if they may use any product. They may label anything with name of the Guru. After many protests it has never been banned or put to legal warning for approval from the concerned community or the authorities like SGPC.

The supreme court of India recognizes the Holy Book of Sikhs, Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji as the living body. Any property that is named on Shri Guru Granth Sahib is not transferable to any person as ordered by the Supreme Court of India. However, it seems a problem that many people name their shops and business, as said before after Sikh Gurus. It needs attention that these things hurt feelings of all religious people of various faiths and beliefs in India and worldwide when they come to know that the name of their deity or the Guru appears on the signboards of any kind of business.

It is true that once Shri Guru Nanak worked in the shop with a great philanthropic services that he distributed free food and other things to the needy ones, which is popularly known as Sacha Sauda run by Baba Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh (Ram Rahim Singh was born to Mata Nasib Kaur Ji and Bapu Sardar Maghar Singh Ji, of the Sidhu clan, on August 15, 1967, in the village SriGurusarmodia in the Sri Ganganagar district of Rajasthan.)   (With thanks to the source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ram_Rahim_Singh)

The amazing things is that the Jat Community mostly does not participate to be gurus as the Baba Rahim is Sidhu, a Jat, who seems to insult one of the largest community of farmers known as Jat or Jatt (Jaat) in India. It needs to be resolved as it is one of the major dispute in India among the Sikhs against insulting Sikh Gurus, the true deal in business, but what about naming a shop as Guru Nanak Shop. Do you agree or find it totally illogical to raise such issues? It needs your kind opinion.
I wonder why Indian Government does not stop the unnecessary constructions of new Dera's and other religious buildings that has a sole aim to earn, trade and grab land. I have personally noticed so much of public property as land acquired for this masked purpose. Attention is needed otherwise it seems intentional.
