Once, Sant Baba Thakur Singh Ji of Damdami Taksal also stayed with our family, family dairy farm and the garden, where we were then children as well, and he asked us to complete all mornings tasks of the Dairy Farm before our mother wakes up, and we did it while he would stand near for our morning tasks, and when our mother and even father woke up, we finished all of the morning tasks of the dairy farm including milking buffaloes and cows, and it also surprised our mother and father to see it all when they woke up, while Sant Baba Thakur Singh Ji, who was also a Brahmgiani (Brahm Giani) and used to make Tea on a Stove by himself and serve it with Sweets, Biscuits and Other Tea Serving Products to Children and Visitors while living a very simple life in his personal life, and thus Children, including we, were fond of him for selflessly serving Children and Visitors without taking any help in these tasks even if one would request, and this Great Humbleness has been a Great Practical Lesson for others and us as well.
Our family, especially our mother also suffered a lot when her son left for Greater Cause for Greater Good, while she was also hospitalized, where Holy Saints and Sadhus would console her and Head Saints from Damdami Taksal Traditional University would also bring her son to meet her, once she said that she was trying to milk a buffaloes when Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindrawale brought her son to meet her, and then he (Sant Ji) milked the buffalo, of our Family Dairy Farm, by himself, and requested our mother to meet her son with the Jatha, and we were surprised by it that he humbly milked the buffalo and offered milk to our mother, and our parents and grandparents also lived this kind of lives as shared in their Geni Genealogy Research Project with Cymatics as well.

1. ਜਾਣ-ਪਛਾਣ: ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ, ਖੁਸ਼ਹਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਗਤੀ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼

"ਇਸ ਸੰਸਲੇਸ਼ਣ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਵ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਵਿਆਪੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਤੀ ਲਈ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨ (Divine Wisdom) ਨਾਲ ਇਕਮਿਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹਾ 'ਫਿਲਸੈਲਫੋਲੋਜੀਕਲ' (Philselfological) ਮਾਰਗ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਆਦਰਸ਼ਵਾਦ (Idealism) ਅਤੇ ਯਥਾਰਥਵਾਦ (Realism) ਦਾ ਸੁਮੇਲ ਅਮਲੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਵਹਾਰਕਤਾ (Pragmatism) ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।"
2. ਆਤਮ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ: ਡਰ ਅਤੇ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤੀ
ਸੰਤ ਬਾਬਾ ਈਸ਼ਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ 'ਆਤਮ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼' ਦੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਨੁਕਤੇ ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਗੁਲਾਮੀ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ:
ਆਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਅਮਰਤਾ: ਆਤਮਾ ਅਮਰ ਹੈ; ਇਹ ਨਾ ਜਨਮ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਮਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਵਿਨਾਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਇੱਕ ਅਵਿਨਾਸ਼ੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਊਰਜਾ ਹੈ।
ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਸੱਚ: ਬੀਤ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦਾ ਪਛਤਾਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦਾ ਡਰ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਚੇਤਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਰੂੰ-ਖੇਰੂੰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। 'ਹੁਣ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਥੇ' (Present moment) ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਊਣਾ ਹੀ ਅਸਲ ਜੀਵਨ ਹੈ।
ਮਾਲਕੀ ਦਾ ਭਰਮ: ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਖਾਲੀ ਹੱਥ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਲੀ ਹੱਥ ਹੀ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। 'ਮੇਰਾ-ਤੇਰਾ' ਦਾ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਕੇਵਲ ਇੱਕ ਭਰਮ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਮੂਲ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ।
ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ: ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨ ਹੀ ਇਕੋ-ਇੱਕ ਸਥਾਈ ਸੱਚ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੀਂ ਮੌਤ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਉਹ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਰੂਪ ਦਾ ਦੂਜੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਹੋਣਾ ਹੈ।
3. ਊਰਜਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਮਾਡਲ: ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼, ਧੁਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਪਨ (Light, Sound, and Vibration)
ਇਸ ਮਾਡਲ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਤਿੰਨ ਪਰਤੀ ਊਰਜਾ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਹੈ:
ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਊਰਜਾ (Light Energy - Photon): ਇਹ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਿਰ (Head) ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ 'ਆਦਰਸ਼ਵਾਦ' (Idealism) ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਅਮਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਹੈ।
ਧੁਨੀ ਊਰਜਾ (Sound Energy - Phonon): ਇਹ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ (ਧੜ ਤੋਂ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਤੱਕ) ਅਤੇ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਤੱਤਾਂ (ਹਵਾ, ਪਾਣੀ, ਅੱਗ) ਦਾ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਣ ਹੈ, ਜੋ 'ਯਥਾਰਥਵਾਦ' (Realism) ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਪੰਚਾਇਣ ਅਲਕੀਮੀ (Panchayan Alchemy): ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਚਾਰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਲੂਣ ਜਾਂ ਖੰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ 'ਮਿਲਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਰਿੜਕਣ' (Mixing and Mashing) ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਵਿਲੱਖਣ ਧਾਰਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਚਾਰ 'ਈਸ਼ਰ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ' ਦੇ ਸਾਈਮੈਟਿਕ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਣ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ "ਈਸ਼ਰ ਜੋਤ" (Isher Jot) ਧਾਰਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਰਸਾਇਣ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਹੈ।
35 ਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਤੱਤ: ਗੁਰਮੁਖੀ ਦੇ 35 ਅੱਖਰ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ 35 ਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਤੱਤ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਤੱਤ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਮੱਥੇ 'ਤੇ ਸਥਿਤ 'ਛੇਵੇਂ ਬਾਇਓ ਚੱਕਰ' (6th Bio Chakra) ਅਤੇ 10 ਇੰਦਰੀਆਂ (ਦਸਮ ਦੁਆਰ) ਨੂੰ ਨਿਯੰਤਰਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਲਈ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਮੇਲ (ਪ੍ਰਗਤੀਵਾਦ/Pragmatism) ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਇੱਛਾ ਦੇ ਸਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੀ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੈ।
6. ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਅਤੇ ਵੰਸ਼ਾਵਲੀ ਸੰਦਰਭ (Genealogical Context)
ਸੰਤ ਬਾਬਾ ਈਸ਼ਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਖ਼ਸੀਅਤ ਇੱਕ ਮਹਾਨ ਵੰਸ਼ਾਵਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਭੂਗੋਲਿਕ ਊਰਜਾ ਦੇ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਹੈ:
ਇਕਸ਼ਵਾਕੂ ਵੰਸ਼ (Solar Dynasty): ਇਹ ਲੜੀ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਰਾਮਚੰਦਰ ਜੀ, ਲਵ-ਕੁਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰੂਆਂ (ਬੇਦੀ-ਸੋਢੀ ਵੰਸ਼) ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਪਰਮਾਰ ਵੰਸ਼: ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਪਰਮਾਰ ਵੰਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੌਵੇਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਅਸੀਸਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਸਨ।
7. ਸਿੱਟਾ: ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਰਜ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਵੈ-ਸਮਰਪਣ
ਆਤਮ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸਿਖਰ 'ਹੁਕਮਿ ਰਜ਼ਾਈ ਚਲਣਾ' (Surrendering to Divine Will) ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਉਮੈ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਕੇ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਪੂਰਨ ਸਮਰਪਣ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਜਨਮ-ਮਰਨ ਦੇ ਗੇੜ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। "ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ" ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਉਹ ਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਚੇਤਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਚੇਤਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸੁਖ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਖ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਭਾਣਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੀ ਅਸਲ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਵਿਜੇ ਹੈ।
