We start with a remark that R&D Team of EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems with EK Cymatics is using about 550 Years Old EK Gurmukhi Theory of Elements, Alphabet, Language and Music with EK Cymatics (Newly Emerged and Breakthrough Subject, System and Stream of EK Theory of Elements, Matrix, Alphabet, Language, Music, Musicology and Healthcare Subjects and Systems), which also brings Dr. Har Gobind Khorana's 4D DNA with 5D DNA Approach while extending it the Spacetime, Space-Volume and Space-Density Derivative Conjectures and Streams, where it also introduces the 11D DNA Streams as well.

Furthermore, we are also using it for the Coronavirus Pandemic and Other Epidemic and/or Pandemics. It also includes HIV-AIDS , Swine Flu, Malaria, Coronavirus and Other Infection, Pandemic and/or Epidemic Conjectures and Post-Pandemic Problems with Focus on Pandemic and Post-Pandemic in Feared Lost Decade of 2021-31 and UNESCO Indigenous Language Decade of 2022-32, where now it also includes Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) Pandemic especially among the Cows and Buffaloes and Other Cattle, which may also include Pets as well.





Our R&D Team has also developed it in the Modern and Western Context with Euler Identity, Chladni Plates and Jenny's Cymatics, which emerged during the same-similar and near times of emergence of Gurmukhi Theory of Elements, Alphabet and Language Systems with Cymatics.

It is also proposed that all of it needs to have the State Offices to be More Effective rather than the IPO and WIPO Systems alone, and it is very important in the Present and Post COVID-19 Pandemic Systems that are yet to be launched with POST COVID-19 Pandemic, where the Communities can play the Greater Role with all the said or more, while otherwise it seems objects of Anti-Terrorism Bills and not yet well prioritized even in WHO, while our R&D Team has also submitted it with Initial Prioritization with Special Case Study of Artisan Communities in Punjab, India and World in general as well.




As we are also taking the Special Case of Lehal Village, which has been preserved as the Lehal (Village) Colony in Patiala. It had been problematic with disease spread of early age child deaths and skin problems, where Bhag Ram invited Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji, while he (the 9th Sikh Guru Ji) also belonged to the EK Ayurveda, Khalsa and Unani (Greek, European) Traditional Allopathy and Allopathic Systems with EK Greek Theory of Elements with EK Cymatics.

So, Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji started what is now known as the Naturopathy, Kirtan, Meditation and Musicology Systems in Lehal Village (Patiala), while at that time all of it was like Opening Modern AYUSH Gram with Cymatics as is also the case with the Guru Ji's Dwakhana (Hospital and Dispensary) Systems, where even the Mughal and Other Emperors and Others from Asia and World in general used to visit while finding most precious and rarest nutritional product systems with EK Ayurveda (Indian) and EK Unani (Greek, Arabic) Formulations, which are also in use now and our R&D Team has also proposed its Modern and Western Versions as well.

In general, all of it also goes as EK All Pathy, Therapy, Medicine and Medicinal System and Stream as well, where EK is 1 as in the Euler Identity, which is used with Cymatics in EK Gurmukhi and it yields EKK, the EK with Cymatics, and thus the EK Gurmukhi is also EK EKK as well, while the EK and EKK if or when used together it also creates EAK, the Collective Use of EK with and without Cymatics, and then it also achieves the EK Vaku (Ikshvaku in EK Gurmukhi) Based Calendars, Clocks and Alchemy with Astronomy and Astrology as well.

Furthermore, the Classical Raga with Guru and Hindustani Tala with Term of Baba, where the Raga links it to the Vedic Civilizations while the Tala links it to the Avesta, Gatha and Hindi, Hindustani and Punjabi (Shahmukhi) Conjectures also have the Raga and Tala (Sur-Raga, Sur-Tala and Raga-Tala) giving Harmonics and Cymatics, which also links it all to South Indian and Greek Civilizations as well to the Western Civilizations in general.

The Sanskrit in it is also linked to German Sacred Systems, while Persian Sacred Systems are also linked to Turkish Sacred Systems, while the Gurmukhi Sacred Systems is also linked to the Greek Sacred Systems, while the Gurmukhi is also collectively linked to German, Turkish and Greek Sacred Systems with Cymatics as well.

The intention is to express that in India there are about 15000 Speaks of Aryan Sanskrit and Millions of Users with Iranian Avesta Gatha Vedic Civilizations Based Hindi Languages. Thus, the Water-supply to Sarovar (Water Pond) in Dukhniwaran Sahib comes from Mount Kailash (Himalaya) through Bhakra Dam and Sutlej River and Canal Systems. The Members of our R&D Team have also been suggesting (appealing) to Patiala Administration; Social Workers and Officials that the Water Supply to Patiala can be from the Bhakra Canal, which can bring Water from Kailash, Indus, Sutlej and Bhakra Systems directly to every resident and their families in Patiala after filtering it in the Water Supply Systems.

It is also true for Almost All Rivers from Himalaya on their way to Villages and Cities as well. Our R&D Team have also been requesting and appealing it to the National and International Authorities and Agencies, where all of it is also the Himalayan Mineral Water, which also goes Highly Effective and Useful with Mineral Rock Salts of Himalaya and the Near Himalaya Regions and Lands, where the Indian Continental Medical, Health and Wellness Systems also use Gems, Stones, Crystals and Minerals from these lands as well.

Meanwhile, on the way as on the Passey (or Passy) Road, the Bhakra Sub-Canal is full of Eucalyptus Trees on its Banks, while these are also the Australian Native Trees, and are now found as the One of the Best Preventive Remedies for the Coronavirus in COVID-19 Pandemic, and thus the Parks with Eucalyptus Trees have gone more important with greater significance, where Research and Development for Australian Native Tree of Eucalyptus can also accompany Ber (Jujube) of Punjab and India while also Jasmine and Blue Berry and Other Native Herb and Herbal Plants as well.

Thus, the Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple) has also been the birth place of Ancestors of Sikh Gurus (Sodhis and Bedis) as Luv and Kush, the Twin Sons of Sita Ji and Lord Rama, while Sita Ji went to Exile Twice, the First Time was with Lord Rama and Laxman.

In all of it, Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji from Parmar Jagdev Vishwakarma Baba Hardas Ramgarhia and Artisan Genealogies, Lineages and Families from Allowal in Patiala District in Punjab with Sant Baba Kishan Singh Ji also founded, opened up and started Rara Sahib Traditional University in Ludhiana District with Jagdev Parmar Memorial at Jarg Sahib with Yadgar (Memorial) Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji and Raja Jagdev Memorial School, while it also focuses more on EK Gurmukhi Theory of Elements with Cymatics, and all of it is now managed by Sant Baba Bhupinder Singh, while earlier, Sant Baba Mahinder Singh Ji was also the Chairperson for all of it as well.





Thus, Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji also belonged to Mata Kausalya, Raja Bikramaditya, Raja Bharthari, Raja Jagdev and Parmar Dynasties of Mount Abu Civilizations, which are also known as Puadha States of India, and it also extends to Himalayan Regions, while Damdama Sahib, Patiala (with Harappan Ghaggar-Hakra River passing through it, which is said to be built by Lord Rama Families and Parmar Families as well) and Anandpur Sahib are also linked to it.

While all of it was also researched in Australia in South Australia and Western Australia with Proposals for Seasonal Floods in these Regions sent to the Government of Australia, India and even USA in 1989-90, for example, the District Patiala and its Surrounding Cities are almost fully affected by all of it, where in 1993 (also in 2023), the City was fully flooded through Ghaggar-Hakra and Other Link River Floods, where the Rumor that Bhakra Canal was broken Near Patiala City, which might bring 8-10 Feet High Floods and thus we seemed be on Threshold of Death, when at the last moment, the Broken Part of the River was repaired by Military and Flood Prevention Staff, where a Resident of this Region rushed to DC Offices on his Scooter and brought Good News to Crying People that the City was Safe, who Met like for the Last Time after Being Safe Due to Small Bhakra Canal Link to Gurudwara Shri Dukhniwaran Sahib as well, while the City was also cut off from the Rest of the World as well.

During these times in 1993 (also in 2023), the residents of these regions, the Electricity, Water Supply and Other Services were mostly off and the residents would also bring Water from Small Bhakra Canal Link River and give to the Gardens, Pets and Animals, while all of it continued for many days, where the Other Small Link River Adjacent to it to Gurudwara Shri Dukhniwaran Sahib was saving the region from the floods as well, while the City was also cut off from the Rest of the World, while the same-similar Flood Prevention Research Reports were sent to the Government of Australia, India and even USA in 1989-90 having these problems observed for many decades, where all of it happened just during those time in 1989-90 and especially in 1993 (also in 2023), for example, in the District Patiala and its Surrounding Cities as well."




One of the Proposed Solutions include the Bhakra River Canal Water Supply through Patiala District and its Water Flows also linked to Ghaggar-Hakra River, where even the Sewerage Streams of Patiala are also linked to River and Canal Streams in Dakala Regions, where all of it can be managed well with Trinity of Bhakra Canal, Ghaggar-Hakra and Water Drainage of Patiala District further with Seasonal Farming near the Ghaggar-Hakra River Streams as well.

All of it can also be used in Sutlej, Link Rivers and City and Village Water Supply Streams, where People in-between Sutlej (Tributary to Indus) River and Holy Yamuna (Tributary to Holy Ganga) River Streams need Special Education, Training, Research, Development and Crises Management due to Rainy Season Floods, where all of it can also be educated even as Online Courses and Certificates for Better Present and the Best Future as well. While, the Scouting Camps in Multipurpose Schools in Punjabi Bagh Regions with Other School Teachers were also legendary as these were also conducted for First Time for the Non-Government Schools of District Patiala, where it included, for example, Our Lady of Fatima, Saint Peters, DAV and Other Schools, which are also Public Schools, and it thus also brought and introduced Transitions and Extensions from Government School Scouting Systems and Streams to Non-Government and Public School Scouting Systems and Streams, where I was also the First Non-Government School Teacher to conduct it all with Govt. Multipurpose Scoutmasters as well.
