How to Remain Mentally Fit, Healthy, Efficient, Effective and thus do the Mental-Makeups also goes in this one part of the Series of Be Happy Philselfologically as we discuss about How and Why to Avoid Media and Broadcast Side Effects that Affect us most in Live Broadcasts; for example Instant Phone Calls, the Chats and or the One Way Communications, and it is simple alternatives with the Two Way Communications, which has the Play, Pause, Rewind, Foreward and or Stop Features, while the Two Way Communications help us in Editing and Upgrading everything the Standards, which we live rather than what we can perform in nervous, aggressive and or the reactive modes as well as the sleeping modes and thus without being the Be Happy Philselfologically Systems.

To start with we first need to Download the News, Film, Movie, Documentary, Favorite Programs, and then view it at your personal pace rather than indulging the stream flow of the programs.

The Media Programs, which are One-Way Communications does not have our role and or participation as we cannot play, pause and or stop it, and thus we get into total brain control, the sleeping mode within say 5 minutes.

On the other hand, when we have the Two-Way Communications, we can Pause, Rewind, Forward, and or even Stop the Program, and thus we behave like the Owner, the Boss without Spoiling our Cooked Foods, Milk, Tea, Coffee, and many other important tasks, which usually occur due to One-Way Communications, and nowadays almost all Radio, TV, and Online Channels offer this Two-Way-Communication Services.

However, there is one problem, and that is when we download any program, if it is slow, we feel great panic and it may irritate so much that we may not like seeing the given program no matter how much we like it.

To avoid it, we can go and see it online rather than exactly downloading it on our Mobile, PC and or the Computer in general.

For this reason watching documentary, film and or movie with CD, PAN-Drive and or otherwise with Two-Way Communications is far better.

In most of the cases, we seem addict say shows at the particular or fixed time, but if we download and watch it in the kitchen, garden and or other places, where we can also enjoy nature, natural life and or the natural world, and do our works, the Media and Broadcast can boost our life a lot.

The Yoga, Meditation, Focus, Art, Music, Martial Arts, and most of the Subjects of General, Classical, and or the Sacred Systems are the Two-Way Communication Systems and that is why it helps, improves and nourishes us in the true way and the true sense.

It is also interesting to note that Many of the Planners, Politicians, and Big Thinking People have been using the Media, Broadcast and Journalism by Viewing, Listening and//or Reading the Videos, Audios, Newspapers like this, while even the Judges, Teachers, and Others check most of the said by reading and reviewing the downloads or in the files in any format.

If we ignore it, we are likely to have the Psychosomatic Problems due to our emotional attitudes, and the Online Services with Downloads mostly always available is one of the great care and cure for all the said, especially the people, who are very sensitive, emotional and reactive in any manner. 

One of its advantages is to listen to the mob speeches by download as in the "live" one feels or faces almost the same problems. So, Modern Media and Technology offers great relief to most of the said problems by offering recordings and downloads. How to Understand the differences Among Static, Kinetic and Dynamic Meditation and Bliss

The metaphysical bliss is dynamic in nature. While, we are trying to interpret most of the secrets in the name God particle, we notice that its concept of matter. Our concern for understanding the secrets of soul or anything that we look into mirror as our own image is based merely on knowledge. It cannot help one to experience the dynamic bliss but the hypnotic state of mind based on the previously known knowledge and its combination and permutation with the known thoughts, feelings and experiences.


 
Steven Ferrel and I exchanged views on this issue of bliss and how it differs from the stance kind of hypnotic spells named as meditation and we try to find the transcendental bliss. These are nothing but self-hypnotism. When one does a kind of meditation that is based on the fast breathing and chanting is not called the dynamic bliss. It is the kinetic state of mind.

Most of the spirituals claiming to create the dynamic bliss called Wismad in India seem to teach doing this kinetic kind of meditation and thus harm the psychological of an individual. Person, who suffers from any depression seems to experience the mental disorders rather than what "I" is. This kind of kinetic meditation and thus bliss makes one forget the original "I" and assume the self-assume "I", ego as the driver of meditation and leading to hypnotic sleep that one remains in for the rest of life I afraid to say. 

This kind of meditation with fast breathing gives complete relaxation after one does it and thus feels blissful, full of radiance and gives the impression of full aura.

However, the dynamic meditation is based on slow and balanced breathing. It gives health and wellness without doing excessive labor to experience the kinetic bliss. Its not metaphysical but psychological and thus Steven and I  exchanged knowledge and experiences based on it and thus I wrote an article about it in the Life Dynamic magazine for Health and Wellness for all. It goes as follows:


When we interact with each other and the environment we experience a variety of moods. Those moods transition into certain states of mind. Among positive moods, we have laughter, peace, wonder, bravery and other human rhythms from one state of mind into another. These changes can give us joy and pleasure. For example, amazement creates the feeling of wonder, which is a state of mind.


We observe in our daily life that moods alone cannot bring bliss. These attract certain reactions based on the presence of stimuli outside or within. Bliss can create
sensations without the presence of stimuli. When we go beyond moods we can reach bliss. 

The Bliss is the highest level of harmony among all rhythms and thus moods within
our body and mind. This is something that is neither static (stillness) nor kinetic (what seems moving but is still), but dynamic. It is this dynamic state of harmony
such as vibrations that create music.

Bliss is also the feeling of "I" which is the essence of our being. We rarely experience our true nature. "I" cannot experience the joy of "We" if one is not releasing positive, healthy waves and vibrations. For example, when "I" sings in the chorus, it feels the joy of "We", which is a dynamic activity of singing together.
