Proposed R&D Solutions for Floods in Ghaggar-Hakra Link Rivers in Patiala Punjab North India, Australia, America and Other Link River Regions in World with Proposed R&D Courses with Ancient, Modern, Eastern and Western Approach with Proposed EK Gurmukhi R&D University with Theory of Elements and Cymatics

Proposed R&D Solutions for Floods in Ghaggar-Hakra Link Rivers in Patiala Punjab North India, Australia, America and Other Link River Regions in World with Proposed R&D Courses with Ancient, Modern, Eastern and Western Approach with Proposed EK Gurmukhi R&D University with Theory of Elements and Cymatics


Well, when we discuss Unsolved Problems of Real, Practical and Daily Life, the Floods of Link Rivers in India, Australia, USA, Canada and Other Link River Regions seems One of the Major Unsolved Problems, where Rain, Flood, Ruin of Properties and Assets is followed by Health Problems almost every year, where Major Floods in 1988, 1993, 2023 and 2025 in our regions has been Some of the Life and Asset Threatening Big Unsolved Problems of Decades and Centuries, and here we discuss about Set of Solutions, while all of it is also discussed as with Special Remarks and Discussions on Himalayan Floods, Feared Megaquake, Set of Solutions, Philselfology, Google AI with NotebookLM Video and Audio Overview Discussions as well:









The 2025 seems to be like a Start of Feared Mini Ice Age due to Collapsing of North Pole Polar Vortex in 2025, where all of it is also coming up with La Nina Winter Cold Waves, where all of it also comes to our Himalayan Regions this Winter, which starts its effects in September to March and even April every year, while with La Nina Cold Waves in 2025, where Fiji and Chinese Virus Streams are also affecting Farming and the Crops after Serious Himalayan Floods in 2025 due to Rain Clouds Crossing over the Himalayas for the First Time in the Modern History due to High Temperatures for the Monsoon Clouds that took it all High in the Sky and thus also the crossing over the Himalayas to Tibetan and Other Regions causing Cloud Blasting with Very Heavy and Flooding Cloud Water Pouring and the Flooding Rain as well.









Thus, the Monsoon Rain Clouds after crossing over the Himalayas in the Indian Regions rather reached in Dry River Lands of Tibetan and Other Regions with Lesser Rain, and all of it also brought More Floods due to the Higher Temperature Causing Cloud Blasting and Heavy Floods rather than Rain, and that also brought Unexpected Floods on both Sides of Himalaya for the First Time in the Modern History that the Monsoon Clouds Crossed Himalaya instead of Stopping there and Raining in North India, which also brings Water Supply and Irrigation to North Indian Agrarian, Farming and the River Lands as well. 

Now, if all of it or even part of it repeats itself in next years, all of it may thus ruin North Indian Regions including Punjab and the surrounding States (and even Other Sides of Himalaya with Cloud Blasting, Heavy Floods and Rain), where Mega Himalayan Earthquake of 8-9 Richter Scale is also said to be occurring in near future with already Disturbed Monson Rains and Link River Floods with La Nina Winter Problems in 2025 and onwards, where we also prepared Native Gurmukhi Punjabi YouTube Research Video, based on these Research Publications, and thus on all of it with thanks to Google NotebookM Streams to Convey the Calamities in the Native Language of Gurmukhi Punjabi with more than 50 years of Research and R&D as well, while it is also discussed more in the Relevant Research Publication as well.






First of all, all of it also seems to need what is in a true sense, the Brain Theory of Philselfology with Translational Phases in EK Gurmukhi Theory of Elements with Cymatics and All in PhD (Philselfology) with STEM Education of Artisans was also presented to Dr. Mahesh Parikh of Mumbai (Maharashtra, India), who is also Gold Medalist in Two Streams of MD (Psychiatry) and PhD (Philosophy) with MBBS Approach for longer durations from 1996-97 to 1999-2000 and 2000-03 and thus at least about 6-7 years and even onwards with Notes, Diagrams and all that Chris Brooks would educate as learned from him in early 90's as well.

During many years and hours of discussions, which would usually end about 1 and Half or even 2 hours took all Main Topics and Subject Matter of Philselfology with its Basic Equation of E=O+iA=Light+i[Vibration](Sound), where Dr. Parikh finally also accepted, approved and even allowed it to use it all in Counseling and Other Research Works as an authentic theory as well. 

So, the PhD (Philselfology) was also fully discussed and approved in the Personal Coaching and Training by Dr. Parikh in the Modern Streams of Allopathy, Psychiatry and Medicine as well.

Special Remarks: The reasons for going to Dr. Parikh resulted from doing Research Work with Meditation and Prayers, where one day during 1996-97, I was so blissful that felt as if I do not have Weight of the Physical Body, which according to Specialists including my elder sister, Kuldip Kaur all of it was very good sign, while Sant Baba Virsa Ji of Gobind Singh predicted and prophesized that it would happen in 1991 as well.

However, I was troubled with doing some Path and Prayers and then also feeling weightless, which also frightened me as well, and then I told it to my elder brother, Giani Thakur Singh Ji, who took me to Late Jathedar Sant Baba Mahinder Singh Ji of Rara Sahib Jarg with Sant Baba Bhupinder Singh Ji of Rara Sahib Jarg doing his Sewa (Service), both of whom I knew from childhood as well.

Then, after listening to my problem of weightless after little Path and Prayer, Jathedar Ji said that it was a Great Blessing and that I should not get frightened of it as well and then after Getting Blessings from them, the both of Holy Saints, a Brahmgiani Ji and a Sant Ji, we came back home as well.

However, as even doing Little of Path, Prayer and Meditation would bring High Feelings of Light Body with Weightless Feeling, I decided to see a doctor as well, and he told that it is not problem, but when I told it seems little frightening, he advised some anti-depressants and indigestion pills in Patiala, and then I went to Mumbai with my elder sister and discussed it all with Dr. Parikh, who would not call it any big problem as well.

Now, what actual fear that any human would feel more was that I was also told by People, who educated and guided in Path, Prayer and Meditation during 90's was Fearful Loss of My Research Works in 1996-97 as told by Late Sant Baba Ajit Ji Hansali Wale, Master Ji from Ludhiana, and Other Holy Saints, Sadhus, Astrologers and Experts as well.

All of it also also included Late Shri Rattan Singh Ji Dhurkot, who was also Masters (MA) in 6 Subjects and said that all of it also needs India, Australia and America (USA) with other countries work for Better World with Science, Technology and Education with what he said would happen from 2015 onwards and flourish from 2020-25 as when Scientists of the World would start to work together for Greater Good of Humanity as well.

These Great People also said if my research works were submitted in 1996-97, these would have brought Great Prosperity to Humanity, but unfortunately as they predicted, these would be accessed by wrong people and also stolen as what we say hacked today, and thus it would continue for many years, while it would start to get OK in about 2015-20 as well.

Furthermore, all of it was also told by Late Sant Baba Virsa Singh Ji and Late Giani Ji of Gobind Sadan in New Delhi and Shankaracharya of Gujrat and also by Sant Rampal Ji of Ludhiana, who also told that during these times my health and wellness might also get ruined, which was also predicted by many other people who Talk and Speak in Spirts with Gods and Goddess, which would seem amazing to hear though as well.

Thus, even astrological, the Fatal Years of 1996-97 were also predicted as the Time of Death or Death Like Experience, where if Life is Saved, only then Research Work might continue, and all of these Predictions, Blessings and Prayers by Holy Saints and Others have been Guiding Stones and Stars for me as well.

All of it also included Late Sant Baba Harnam Singh of Rampur Khera in Hoshiarpur, Late Sant Military Wala from USA, Late Sant Ajit Singh Hansali Wale and Many Nihang Singhs, who also predicted and prophesized about Research Works and many Loses it might face before coming to in service to humanity as well.  

Earlier, all of it was also Predicted and Prophesized by Christian Preachers from USA in Auditorium of University of Adelaide in 1990-91, who also prophesized all of it as well, where my Fellow Students also conferred Honorary Degree of PhD while Raising their Hands, where One of my Best Friends, Sione Koloi declared or rather proclaimed the Honorary Degree of PhD with his additional Bonus of Honorary Professorship amidst University Campus of University of Adelaide in 1990-91, and later I came to know about Honorary Degrees as well.


In all of it, I also got admission after ringing to University Admissions on Christmas Holiday of 1989, where Director of International Student and Admissions picked the Phone and Admitted me, while he was surprised on Phone Call on Christmas, where he just came by chance to University Offices to pick his important files. 

While, earlier, Late Sant Baba Kartar Singh Ji Bhindrawale also predicted in my childhood when I was in Primary School, who also told that I would go for Studies Abroad, but would come back without finishing studies, and when we would say, I would look at his Smiling Face, where he would also utter about becoming my scholar abroad as well.

In all of it, Late Sant Baba Uttar Dev Ji of Jotpuri (Mangewal) Wale also told most of it to our mother (and her family) even before her marriage with life span after marriage to to till death, and then what would happen with her children after her death, which also seems one of the most amazing things as well.

One of the Research Based Publication Books, which was then published by Bhai Daya Singh Charitable Trust of Rara Sahib Jarg Sahib was also presented to Satguru Jagjit Singh Ji of Bhaini Sahib, who highly appreciated and asked the Congregation to respect it all, who then took keen interest in this Research Publication and also respected the Members of R&D Team as well.






Even in Australia, all of it was also told and prophesized by Late Sant Baba Jagjit Singh Ji of Harkhowal Wale, who was visiting there in 1989, where many Christian Friends also predicted and prophesized it especially Sione Koloi as well, and all of it has also been Guidance and Guiding with Blessings and Prayers as well.

I was also amazed at what Dr. Parikh's Master of Meditation also predicted about these Research Works and Future of the World as well, where I also thank my Sisters, Brother, Family, Kith-Kin, Relatives, Friends and Neighbors for helping and supporting in these Research Works and Projects as well.

"It is about Set of Solutions, which some members of our R&D Team, who live in Patiala District have also been discussing with DC (Patiala) and Punjab Urban Development Authorities of Punjab especially when all of it was in Punjabi Bagh, where the Ghaggar-Hakra River (Baddi Nadi) is One of the Main or Major Link River in the surroundings, which needs Different Treatments in Condition of Floods during Rainy Days, which are present in this Second Week of July, 2023 as well.

"During 1989-91, I sent and submitted it as the International Projects of Linking Rivers in NSW and Western Australia, so that most of the Rain and Flood Problems in NSW and Australia in general are solved. It also included the Solar and Renewable Projects at the National and International Levels, and thus the same-similar Letters of Proposals were also sent to the White House, the Government of USA (America) in 1989-90, while in India the same-similar problems also exist as at the Assam and Rajasthan Link River Systems.

While all of it was also researched in Australia in South Australia and Western Australia with Proposals for Seasonal Floods in these Regions sent to the Government of Australia, India and even USA in 1989-90, for example, the District Patiala and its Surrounding Cities are almost fully affected by all of it, where in 1993 (also in 2023), the City was fully flooded through Ghaggar-Hakra and Other Link River Floods, where the Rumor that Bhakra Canal was broken Near Patiala City, which might bring 8-10 Feet High Floods and thus we seemed be on Threshold of Death, when at the last moment, the Broken Part of the River was repaired by Military and Flood Prevention Staff, where a Resident of this Region rushed to DC Offices on his Scooter and brought Good News to Crying People that the City was Safe, who Met like for the Last Time after Being Safe Due to Small Bhakra Canal Link to Gurudwara Shri Dukhniwaran Sahib as well, while the City was also cut off from the Rest of the World as well.

During these times in 1993 (also in 2023), the residents of these regions, the Electricity, Water Supply and Other Services were mostly off and the residents would also bring Water from Small Bhakra Canal Link River and give to the Gardens, Pets and Animals, while all of it continued for many days, where the Other Small Link River Adjacent to it to Gurudwara Shri Dukhniwaran Sahib was saving the region from the floods as well, while the City was also cut off from the Rest of the World, while the same-similar Flood Prevention Research Reports were sent to the Government of Australia, India and even USA in 1989-90 having these problems observed for many decades, where all of it happened just during those time in 1989-90 and especially in 1993 (also in 2023), for example, in the District Patiala and its Surrounding Cities as well.

It may also bring the Asian and Australian Geographical Similarities especially as in India and Australia also bring it into the EK Silk Road and GT Road Projects with the Australia as the Corridor to the Silk Road, and it is so because the EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems are also the EK Single Theory of Every Continent as well."

One of the Proposed Solutions include the Bhakra River Canal Water Supply through Patiala District and its Water Flows also linked to Ghaggar-Hakra River, where even the Sewerage Streams of Patiala are also linked to River and Canal Streams in Dakala Regions, where all of it can be managed well with Trinity of Bhakra Canal, Ghaggar-Hakra and Water Drainage of Patiala District further with Seasonal Farming near the Ghaggar-Hakra River Streams as well. 

All of it can also be used in Sutlej, Link Rivers and City and Village Water Supply Streams, where People in-between Sutlej (Tributary to Indus) River and Holy Yamuna (Tributary to Holy Ganga) River Streams need Special Education, Training, Research, Development and Crises Management due to Rainy Season Floods, where all of it can also be educated even as Online Courses and Certificates for Better Present and the Best Future as well.

The Green and Clean Energy Courses with WIPO Green Triple Point Streams, which are linked to all of it in these Puadha and Malwa Regions with Punjab and Rajasthan Conjectures are also present in Australia, America (USA) and Other Parts of the World, where we also discuss Greater Contributions by Holy Saints and Societies in the Modern and Traditional Systems and Streams as well."

It is also to be remarked here that the Theory of Elements with Cymatics have been surviving among the Holy Saints and the Societies of Holy Saints, while all of it seems to be lost in the Modern and Mainstream World Education Streams, where, however, all of it also seems to survives well in the Traditional Knowledge, the TK and TEK, the Traditional Ecological Knowledge, where UNESCO and WIPO also support it with ICH Safeguarding and WIPO TK and DOCIP Streams as well.




Now, what would have happened in 1996-97 as according all of the said was that these Projects would have brought India and Australia as Parallel Developed Nations with Continental Approach with Opposite Pairs of Seasons for the Greater Service to Humanity, where these were also 3 Patents for Humanity, which were to be submitted in 1996-97, but submitted rather in 2013-14 and onwards as well.

All of these Predictions and Prophecies also included that Humanity is likely to Enter the Best Times during 2020-25, where the 2023-25 was also predicted as Start of Era of New Science, Math, Technology and Peace, Harmony and Prosper Life, which flourishes after 2025 as said by most of these mentioned people as well.

In all of it, Sant Baba Virsa Ji also predicted and prophesized that Scientists from Earth would also connect to the Center of the Universe, which is usually called Holy Sachkhand in Gurmukhi Theory of Elements, where Scientists from all over the world would also unite and work together with White Flags of Peace almost everywhere in the world, which he said during 1991-95 when I visited him with my elder sister as well.


Thus, he said and also predicted and prophesized that World Science would emerge into New Paradigm in 2020-25, which would also bring World Peace and it was almost unbelieve during 1990's, while he and Giani Ji would say it all for future in 2015 onwards and flourishing from 2020-25 onwards as well.  (End of Special Remark)

In all of it, the Major Trouble at that time in 1995-2000 was that Light Energy with Wavelength Theory was more prominent while my Research Thesis also included the Frequency as in the Sound Energy, while both also shared the Common Grounds for Wavelength and Frequency with Axial Amplitudes, where Eastern Civilizations use Sound Energy more in comparison to Western Civilizations, where Light Energy is used more as well.

Thus, the Major Crises at that time was how to create Common Junction for Eastern Sound Energy and Western Light, and that was also synthesis for Philselfology, the Hypothesis, where Dr. Parikh said that both are difficult to have Common Grounds, and this problem is solved, most of the Eastern and Western Problems may also be solved with Greater Ease as well.

Thus, all of it was also prepared as E=mc^2 with E=mcv and E=c+iv and as the 3 WIPO World IP and Patent Streams all of it was also submitted to WIPO and USPTO Patents for Humanity from 2013-14 and onwards, where all of it also generalizes Einstein-Planck Equations as for the Elements in Periodic Table of Chemistry, Elementary Particles in the Advanced Model of Physics and the Pseudo Elementary Particles with Mass Gap and all 3 Streams with Cymatics with Hypothesis that Philosophy is a Bridge between Science and Religion (Cymatics) as well."



Special and Additional Remarks, Comments and Discussions: It is also to be remarked here with thanks that the present research work with Hypothesis of Philselfology for EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems with Cymatics, all of it was initiated by Late Prof. Harnek Singh with the Modern and Western Versions of the EK Hypothesis of Philselfology for the EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems, and he was also the Former Asian Champion of Volleyball, 3 Times Decathlon Champion of India and also Retired Vice-Principal of Govt. College of Physical Education of Patiala in Punjab in India as well.

When he won the Award of Best Volleyballer of Asia in Japan, he handed over it to the Prime Minister of India requesting and hoping that it would be kept more honorarily, safely and securely then at home, and it is still kept in the Prime Minister Offices, and he was also the Youngest Player in the Indian Volleyball Team (and he was also honored as the Living Glory and Living Legend of Govt. Mahindra College of Patiala, which he represented then), and then he also won the Decathlon Championship of India 3 Times while also setting the National Record of Javelin Throw in the Interuniversity Championships as well.  

He was also honored as the Best Student and Roll of Honor by Arya School Barnala, Mahindra College of Patiala (also honored as Living Legend and Living Glory), Physical Education College of Patiala, NIS of Patiala, Khalsa College of Amritsar Sahib and DAV College of Jallandhar in his lifetime, where he was also honored by Punjabi University for his Lifetime Achievements as well.







He (Our Father) also always had been a Great Inspiration and thus Initiated the Hypothesis and Research of EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems with the Hypothesis of Philselfology and sent me to study and research in Australia, while as he told me during my childhood as especially in the Middle School Education that the Original Manuscripts, Books, Scriptures and Doctrines of Sanskrit and Gurmukhi were taken to the European Libraries especially to the Libraries of German.


So, I wrote to the German High Commission in New Delhi in 1985-86 during my 9th-10th Classes and onward requesting them to study and research in German, but they said that students, who know the German Language can go there, so I later wrote the same-similar letter to Australian High Commission as well as the Australian Schools, Colleges and even the Universities, and thus got admission, scholarship and sponsorship in Australia in 1988 and joined there in 1989 as well.

So, the 1985-86 was also one of years of initiation of the EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems dedicated to EK Gurmukhi Theory of Elements, Matrix and Alphabet as given by Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji when we was about 7 years in around 1476 AD when he wrote 35 Akharas in his Sacred Gurbani Composition of Patti Likhi, the Wooden Slate, and it was later developed into 35 Letters, the Akhara Systems of Gurmukhi Alphabet by his Sikh, the Disciple Shri Guru Angad Dev  Ji.

Well, our Father, Late Prof. Harnek Singh Ji by himself also researched and wrote books, which may have not been published due to lack of funds even when he was Lecturer in the Govt. College of Physical Education of Patiala, and he founded Universal Creative Vision (UCV) Production House about 20 years ago with the Approved Two Pilot Episodes of TV Serial Gagan Mein Thaal by Dr. Harmandar Singh with UCV Production House, where Noni Kaur also play an active role as a Producer with Late Prof. Harnek Singh as its Main Producer, while he also belonged to these communities.

While, the Jarg Sahib in Khanna in Punjab is also linked with it, where Raja Jagdev Memorial (Yadgar) with Raja Jagdev Senior Secondary School managed by Jagdev Parmar Artisan Community is present, and all of it was handed over to Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji, who was also from the Parmar Families in Allowal Village in District Patiala.




The Parmar Lineages and Families of Farming and Wood, Coal, Charcoal and Metal Elements are also linked to Mount Abu and Puadha Civilizations of Rajasthan, which also extend to Himalayan Regions in between Sutlej and Yamuna River, while these communities are also linked to Different World Languages, Religions, Faiths and Sacred Streams with EK Gurmukhi as the Special R&D Case for the EK Vaku Streams with Cymatics.

All of it is also linked to the Ghuram Village in Patiala, where Mata Kausalya, who was Wife to Raja Dasharatha and Mother to Lord Rama and Grandmother to Luv and Kush (born in Valmiki Ashram in Shri Amritsar Sahib), where Sikh Gurus also descended was born at Raja Kohram's Family as according to Holy Shri Dasam Granth Sahib and the Local Legends as well.

Thus, all of it also Raja Jagdev, Raja Bikramaditya, Raja Bharthari with Sphota Universal Grammar, Pingal Rupak Grammar of Poetry and Music, while as in the popularly known as the Ramgarhia (and also Baba Vishwakarma) Artisan Communities, while these are also the Bikrami Communities, who invented the Bikrami Calendar Systems as in Parmar with Raja Bikram, Raja Jagdev and Baba Hardas Singh Ji.

"These Artisan Communities mainly deal with the Wood, Coal and Metal Based Theory of Elements, and in the EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems with EK Cymatics, Baba Hardas Singh and his Ramgarhia Dynasty and Community Systems also constitute one of the largest parts of the Baba Vishwakarma Communities in the World as well.

As Lord Jesus Christ, the Founder of Christianity with EK Aramaic Theory of Elements also belonged to these World Communities of Wood, Coal and Metal, while as he was also the Carpenter's Son, and thus these communities often include and discuss him because of community approach rather than just religion and faith alone, where he also shown in the Community and Genealogical Hierarchy and Ancestry with Other Prominent Personalities, for example Bhai Lalo and Baba Hardas Singh Ji in Sikhism as well.

In their Ancient Genealogies, these Tarkhan (or Tarquin) Communities had also been the Kings of Rome, where King Tarquin the Elder with his wife Prophet Tanaquil of Gaia Philosophy had been Legendary Kings and Queens of Ancient Rome, and their Traditional Woven, Knitted and Spanned Clothes and Wedding Dresses and Costumes also became the Modern and Western Traditional Dresses, and it is also linked to Parmar, Ramgarhia and Vishwakarma Streams with Bikrami Calendar Streams as well.

Furthermore, the Inventor of EK Gurmukhi, Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji also visited these places of Origins of Different EK Theories of Elements, where he was also recognized and honored, for example in Asia as in Himalayan Regions, China, Tibet, Iran, Iraq, Sri Lanka, Some Parts of Russia, and in Europe as in Spain, Turkey, Russia and Rome in Italy, where he was honored by the Pope at the Holy City of Vatican in Rome, while all as in Eurasia (Europe and Asia Conjectures) as well, where more research is going on it, and it is also shown in Image 1 as well.

It is also to be remarked here that the Ayurveda especially as used in EK Gurmukhi Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Allopathy and Alchemy Conjectures is said to be invented and founded by Ramgarhia Dhiman Communities, who are also present in Baba Vishwakarma, Parmar and Artisan Communities in general, where they are also One of the Main Contributors in 100 Traditional University Streams, while they are also said to be Majority of Martyrs including Baba Deep Singh Ji, Bhai Mani Singh Ji, Baba Hardas Singh Ji, the Martyrs, who contributed in Bikrami Calendars with EK Gurmukhi Versions and 100's of Subjects and Systems derived from it as well.
