It is appealed and requested here that the EK Gurmukhi Theory of Elements, Alphabet, Language and Music (Metric Systems) should not be used or confused with the Punjabi Language, which is linked to the Punjab States of India (as Eastern Punjab) and Pakistan (as Western Punjab), where the Punjabi Language have been existing before the Dawn of the EK Gurmukhi Theory of Elements, Alphabet and Language (Metric) Systems in the 15th and 16th Centuries AD.

Dhan Shri Guru Angad Dev Ji is the Inventor of Gurmukhi Alphabet, which he prepared from the 35 Elements of Universe as in the Patti Likhi by Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji when he, the latter, who when went to school and wrote the 35 Elements of the Universe on the Wooden Tablet (Patti), which we now read and study as the Punjabi (Gurmukhi) Alphabet as Spoken by Millions of People all over the World, while the Theory of 35 Elements seems to be almost fully missing and thus facing endangered and/or extinction levels especially in the Mainstream Education, where the Staff may not be in condition to prepare it all!

Before we proceed further, it is also to be remarked here that the Issues Discussed Here or in the Series in General are usually  linked to the ADR as in WIPO Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for Language, Art and Cultural Heritage with the TK, the Traditional Knowledge Systems.

It thus also seems that the use of Term Punjabi instead of Gurmukhi maybe thus wrong, inappropriate and misleading. It is thus further proposed as with the EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems Based EK Gurmukhi Chair especially where the Punjabi Language is present while as the Gurmukhi to give respect to its Founders, Inventors (say as also the Patent Creators), Researchers, and Developers, who may have never used the term Punjabi to express or indicate it. Thus, for example, there is great need to indicate MA in Punjabi as the MA in Gurmukhi and/or at least Punjabi (Gurmukhi), where, however, one also masters it in speaking it as Punjabi (Shahmukhi), which existed before Punjabi (Gurmukhi).

The 35 Akharas with 35 Elements are also discussed in the Kashmir Shaiva Theory of 35 Elements, where the 36th Element is the EK Light and Sound Duality as in the EK Photon-Phonon Duality as in E=O+iA, which also creates the 35 Akhara Sounds of the 35 Elements with A+iA, the Channels of Cymatics.

The EK Gurmukhi Theory of Elements with the Akhara Theory was given by Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji and the EK Gurmukhi Alphabet was prepared by his Sikh (Disciple) Shri Guru Angad Dev Ji, and it was then developed into Holy Shri Guru Granth Sahib by all Sikh Gurus, the Masters of EK Gurmukhi Theory of Elements by Akhara Theory and it was first compiled by Shri Guru Arjan Dev Ji and then finally Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji compiled Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji as the Universal Treasure of EK Gurmukhi Theory of Elements with the help of EK Gurmukhi Akhara, Alphabet, Script and Language.

The EK Akhara Theory of Elements can also be put as the EK Bi-Akshara Theory of the Indian Continental Theory of Elements in the Rest of the Indian Continental Alphabets, Languages and Grammar Systems.

It also includes the EK Gurmukhi Etymological (Nirukta) Theory of Elements with the help of EK Gurmukhi Akhara, which further includes Most of the Indian and Many of the Asian Continental Sacred Theories of Elements as present in different languages, where we can use the EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems for all world languages. 

Please note that there seems a great need of Introducing the Degrees and Diplomas and Doctoral Degrees with Research on the EK Gurmukhi Etymological (Nirukta) Theory of Elements with the help of EK Gurmukhi Akhara Theory especially in the College and University Subjects, Systems and the Departments, which deals with Shri Guru Granth Sahib Based Studies, Education and Research.

The Theory of Elements creates the Alphabets and the Matrix of Sounds, Letters, Words and Terms from the 7 Universal Elements of Light, Sound, Space, Air, Fire, Water (Fluids) and Earth (Solids) with 8th Element as the Consciousness as present in the EK Gurmukhi Alphabet and Other Indian EK Alphabets, where thus one may not need to master the languages, but rather the Theory of Elements by Letters, the Akharas and then give all details of what it says in the same way as we have the DNA-RNA Genome with 4 Letters and as in the Barcode Systems, and it is true in most of the Indian, Asian and World EK Languages. 

This Theory of 7 Elements, namely the Light, Sound, Space, Air, Fire, Water (Fluids) and Earth (Solids) with 8th Element as the Consciousness) and its Contents seem to be missing due to the Digital Use of Letters instead of Symbol, Analog and Alphabets as in the QAM Alphabets, and it also has been the Original and Patent Idea of the EK Theory of Elements Based Alphabets as used in the Hundreds of Sacred, Ancient and Pseudo Subjects, Systems and Software Systems.

Please note that the EK Gurmukhi Etymological (Nirukta) Theory of Elements with the help of EK Gurmukhi Akhara Theory as thus further with the Light, Sound, Space, Air, Fire, Water (Fluids) and Earth (Solids) with 8th Element as the Consciousness seem to have been manipulated in the EK Gurmukhi Alphabet, for example the Akhara of Tatta, the First Letter of the Third Row of Consonants has been distorted, corrupted and manipulated as Tainka, and it is "Not a Letter (Akhara) Sound in the Indian Continental Languages", and it is not an Akhara, the Letter, but rather a Word Made from Two Different Letters of T and K".

The other Letter Sounds also seem to have been corrupted and manipulated with Unnecessary Stresses and Wrong Sound Combinations, and it needs to be correctly printed and published, e.g. Tainka instead of Tatta seem to have been published wrongly almost all over the world, and harms, affects, and influences health, wellness, language, and other uses among the Millions of People in the World, where, it appears that the Governments, Corporate's and even the UNO may have least possible interest to put, print, publish and promote it rightly as it is not any political propaganda, where we may notice big fishes and the crocodiles crying for the dead bodies, which are still alive, and ignore the alive as dead.

For example, I went to take counselling from one of the Senior Most Medical Team, who is linked to the UNO-WHO Healthcare Systems, and I was told that the Intelligence, Military and Medical Teams can almost fully download the human brain, while copy-pasting its contents into CD's and PAN Drives, and then they can also develop it if they need to do so. 

"Should you say such things?"

"No, Sorry, but that is what is happening all over the world", he told me, and then advised not to worry on my research works too much.

The EK Gurmukhi Etymological (Nirukta) Theory of Elements seems to be almost fully missing in the World Education Systems, where it seems to be rather presented as the Interpretations, History, Translations, while it may also include the Katha-Parchar and Narrating, the Preaching and Other Means that may also restrict it to the Reading and Singing, but while in all the said or more, the EK Gurmukhi Etymological (Nirukta) Theory of Elements still remains missing, and we may not Mask it with Reading Papers in Seminars, Visiting Foreign Lands, Conducting Debates, Publishing in Journals, Getting Jobs, Awards, Rewards, Medals, and targeting the People, who EK Gurmukhi Etymological (Nirukta) Theory of Elements as Anti-Social Elements, Terrorists, Traitors and/or Psychiatry Patients.

It is just missing, absent and even almost fully denied, opposed and educated as the Pseudo Subject, where the Pseudo means Fake, Spam, Junk and Non-Scientific, which is one of the lowest standards of treating any research work in the world. 

As the Modern Governing Systems with Corporate Systems having huge shares in these with even 50-50 Shares in the Developing Nations also seem to annihilate the Copyrights and Patents by Independent Researchers, who may not pay for the Attorney and the Patent Application and Processing Fees, and thus Millions of Patents in last decades or century seem to have been almost fully dumped and buried, and otherwise it was mutually taken up by the Governments and Corporate's together due to lack of Cymatics in the Mainstream Copyright and Patent Creations.

The Solutions for it includes the Prizes or Cash Awards for the Patent Creators especially in the Category of Independent Researchers so that they may complete their Patent Creations, while also save it from the 4-Dimensional Setups of the Government and Corporate Systems, where, thus the UNO, World Bank, WIPO and Other International Authorities need to intervene and solve such problems globally as these seem to be the Serious Matters of WIPO ADR Type Issues and Matters, where Most of Contributors especially the Independent Researchers seems to be harmed most.

It is not looking for Interest Free Loans from the World Bank and UNO, but the Cash Prizes and the Grants for the Patent Creations, which lie into the 5th Dimension, the Pure Innovation and Invention, which may not require any Formal Education, Qualifications and/or the Degrees as required in the 4-Dimensional Corporate and Government Subjects and Systems, which seems to hinder Abilities, Merits, Talents and Possibilities Present Among Billions of People, who follow the 5th Dimension as discussed in the EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems.

We may need to give an example of the 5th Dimension in the Skilled Works and Occupations. Well, we all know a lot about Gold, Silver, Copper and Iron as the Elements, but there are also the Alloys, which we can create from using the Gold and Copper, and other many alloys, and the reason to give Gold and Copper is one of the Most Precise Example of Describing the 5th Dimension, where the Gold and Copper may exist in 4-Dimensional Setups, the Plasma, Gas, Liquid and Solid, but we cannot make Gold Ornaments without Mixing Copper to Gold, and that is what the Goldsmith Communities do; they Mix Copper to Gold and then make all of the Gold Ornaments.

So, we have the Dual Metals in the Gold-Golden Ornaments, and it is one of the Most Simplified Example of the 5th Dimension, which is also present in the Semiconductors, Topological Defects and Most of the Products that are made from the Dual Points of Coupling and/or Simulations, while for example the Shining Steel by Mixing Tin to Iron and also creating Brass from Zinc and Copper, but Most of these Alloys may not get any proper attention, development and evolution as we seem to be more interested in Gold, Silver, Copper and Iron instead of the Alloys, and even when we extract the Metallurgical Systems from Earth, we bring the Alloys, the Compounds to the Individual Elements, and thus seem to put Earth Resources to Almost Exhaustion.

It is also true in Case of World Money, Funds, Grants, Loans, Charities, we seem to more interested in Money Depositing and Withdraws rather than seeing what money can do for us, and thus Lack of Circulation and Earning from the 5th Dimension Based Works, Jobs, Employments, Manufacturing and Other Hundreds of Subjects and Systems, which give Information, Knowledge and Wisdom about it, while it is all the way Practical Education Systems, which are not present in the Mainstream Schools and World Education Systems including the Vocational Subject Systems.

Thus, we may notice Billions of Skilled and Vocations of Alloys having almost no jobs, apprenticeships and work promotions left for them while their products, which are so cheap in cost that may not now survive anywhere in the world especially the labor that brings all the results of traditional and nontraditional product manufacturing systems (for example the Ornaments Made from Alloys), and that is true with billions of people with all of their products with almost no description of importance of Millions of Products, which they offer in the Market, while they are not even in a condition to get a shop on rent in the Market, the Bazaar as they are having Least Profit Yielding Products in the World.

Thus, for them the World Bank, UNO, WIPO, and Other International Subjects and Systems seem to be almost a dead system for them due to Lack of 5th Dimension Based Subjects and Systems, where such Independent Researchers in the 5th Dimension may have come to complete withdrawal if not disposed to suicides or become the Sadhus, Saints and Sanyasis. That is also how and why it strongly seems these people may not discuss about the "World Bank, UNO, WIPO, and Other International Subjects and Systems" as if an alien system as they may not login to it. 

These People are Community of 5th Dimension Based Baba Vishwakarma, the Artisan's Societies, Vocational and Skilled Workers having their Next Generations, who may be least interested in learning any of their Skills, Methods and/or Research Works, while tending to leave them to Old Age Hostels or Religious Places. 

It is very crucial for the Alloys Based Works, Productions and Systems (while paying more attention to the labor classes), which are still the Lowest Earning Systems except that its returning of alloys may give some profits due to purity in it, and we may completely deny it by showing that 4-Dimension World Systems are giving a great boost to all of it, but lacks it all in Non-Hierarchy Based Subjects and Systems, which is also the Kind of Banking and Insurance Systems, which keeps these people still "alive".

The Artisans that are most important in the Vishwakarma Communities are the People, who Make the Tools, Equipment's, Instruments, and all that is used in the Gardening, Agriculture, Farming, Science, Medical,  Computer-Computing (with Machines and AI), Technology, Engineering, Polytechnic, Vocational and the Manufacturing Instrument and Equipment Systems. They help the Alloys, Semiconductor and Topological Defects Based Subjects and Systems with the EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems Based EK Gurmukhi Equations of E=O+iA with A+iA, the Cymatics. 

These People follow the Non-hierarchy Based Community Subjects and Systems. They also help in Linking the Holy Vedas of Light to the Holy Upvedas of Sound with the Fifth Veda known as the Holy Pranava Veda of Sound, Sonic, Acoustics and Cymatics, where the "Veda" means "Books, Doctrines and Scritures of Knowledge and Wisdom".

In general, the Hierarchy Based Systems are 4-Dimensional, while the 5th Dimension is based on the Non-Hierarchy Based Systems. The 4-D Hierarchical Systems are also based on the Loyalty, which is known as the Test of Salt, while the 5th Dimension is not linked to the Loyalty, but the "Feelings", which are of the People, and thus linked to the Test of Sweet, the Parsadi, and thus the Tests of Salts and Sweets now seem to swing to and fro in many parts of the world, where the Daily Updates seem to favor the Test of Salt, which seems to ensure that all citizens under all stresses must remain loyal, and thus even the People of Highest Merits must Pass this Test of Loyalty, in which if one fails, one is flushed, so what should we expect; a little relief to billions of the people with the 5th Dimension Based Subjects, Systems and Softwares, so that may also live normal, prosper and easy life.

The research reports are not bundles of toilet tissue papers, the independent researchers may put it like this, and that is how and why some researchers may even through away their research papers and dispose it one way or the other seems one of the most common examples that seem to be further exploited with kind of Anti-Separatist, Anti-Terrorism and Anti-Traitor Bills that are present all over the world, which suppresses the Theory of Elements, Matrix and Language Systems as also the Pseudo Subjects and Systems.

It is too be remarked here that Most of the 5th Dimension Based Subjects and Systems are the Second Level Subjects for the 4-Dimensional Setups and Systems, but unfortunately the 5th Dimension Based Subjects and Systems are almost fully absent, missing and thus ignored all over the world. 

For example, when humanity needs English as a Second Language, the ESL as the 5th Dimension of First Level of English Language, and it is not educated in the developing nations and many other parts of the world, but rather the students may be heavily charged for Passing the English Tests, and that is where the International Organizations seem to the Big Failures, but have the Highest Levels of Class, Status, Standards and 4-Dimensional Honors, but what a big shame it seems to be for the humanity if one feels it as the People of 5th Dimension may feel.

In general, the World Languages exist as the Classical 4-Dimensional Subjects with 5th Dimension as the Second Language Systems having the Etymological Systems of Bilingual and Multilingual Systems as the Dimension of Cymatics, which bridges the 4-Dimensional Classical, the First Level of World Languages to the 5th Dimension, the Second Levels, and thus we have it all as the EK 4D-Cymatics-5th Dimension of the World Languages with the EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems, which also put it as EK Gurmukhi-Cymatics-Gruber Language Metric Systems. 

We have also initiated an International University System for it, which is recognized by the UN Peace University with Indian Board of Alternative Medicines, the IBAM that recognizes our Research and Development Degrees, Licenses and Other Presentations, Publications and the Projects and we are sure to align to the Mainstream World Education with First an Second Levels of Subjects bridged with Cymatics, and thus also the EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems Based EK University of English, ESL, Etymology, and Scouting is proposed here, and it also holds true for all world languages, for example,  EK Gurmukhi, Gurmukhi As Second Language, Etymology and Scouting.

Now, we also need to know and understand that the Gurmukhi is also the Punjabi (Gurmukhi) Alphabet, Script and Language, where the EK Gurmukhi is rather a EK Gurmukhi Theory of Elements Based Metric System, which deals with the Etymological, the Nirukta Language Systems of the World. In general, the English Language is one of the Best Etymology Based Language of Europe, while the Punjabi is one of the Best Etymology Based Language of Asia, and if or when we combine, unify and integrate English and Punjabi as the First and Second Levels of Languages, we have the Etymological Metric Systems with EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems. Thus, we have EK Punjabi-Gurmukh-English and/or EK English-Gurmukhi-Punjabi as the First and Second Language Systems of Europe and Asia as in the Eurasia.

Thus, we can have the EK English-Gurmukhi-Punjabi as the First and Second Language Systems of Eurasia, the Europe and Asia (as in the Eurasia). It can thus also very easily linked to the New Silk Road Language Metric Systems as well with the help of the EK Gurmukhi Metric Systems.

The 5th Dimension is also the World Education with Second Levels of Subjects, for example the English, Greek, Latin, Hindi, Punjabi, etc. as the Second Languages, which are now educated as the First Languages, which may not bring effective results in the real life. For example, the World Bank need to start the Non-Hierarchy Based World Systems for the Billions of People in the World, who use the 5th Dimension, and it is possible if or when the World Bank has a New EK Gurmukhi-Cymatics-Gruber Metric Systems Based World Banking Systems aligned to the UNO, WIPO, Scouting, and other Non-Profitable Systems included into it as it appears that the Billions of People, who use the Non-Hierarchy Based World Systems may not get any benefit from the World Bank as well as the WIPO, UNO and Scouting and Other World Systems due to its Failures in 5th Dimension, where the Independent Researchers from it may struggle and suffer a lot as what is also said to be "Buried, while Alive" as 4-D's may not support these Proposals, Publications, Presentations and the Research of 5th Dimension in general, while it not appear in the 4-Dimensional Setups, which seem to eatup most of the International Grants, Charities, Donations, etc. through the 4-Dimensional File Works.

So, one needs to avoid taking advantages of both the 4-Dimensional Hierarchy and 5th Dimension Based Non-Hierarchy Systems as it is one of the Most Harmful, Fatal and Grave for the 5th Dimension, the Nama (Nema, Periodicity), which the Humanity Sets, as otherwise, we seem to use the 5th Dimension as Extension of the 4th Dimension, and that is also how and why Hundreds of Sacred, Ancient and Pseudo Subjects and Systems seem to face endangered and extinction levels as we can present it in files (4-Days) without living (5th D) it in the real life, and that people, who live it also Yell, Shout and Do what seems not at all civilized in the 4-D's of the Etiquette, Manners, Standards and all that polishes the Personalities of the People without Improving the Psychism, the Socialization, which if ever done is present in the 4-D's, the Files, Audios, Vidoes and Presentations, the Demos.
