While, Sacred Atam Updesh Message has been taken with Modern and Ancient Approaches, where all of it also needs some other considerations, for example, what one eats does not go to someone else’s abdomen, and one can feel one’s own sorrows, pains and suffering and not that of others, and one enjoys oneself while every other physical object is like a tool for one’s own enjoyment, for example, one enjoys seeing fruits, sweets and foods, and it is one’s own senses, which enjoy it all, where one already knows about tastes, smells, touches and other physical interactions and communications, and thus one enjoys Knowledge as the Gyan (Gian), and thus one feels one’s own pain and pleasure and not of others as well.
