ਰਣਨੀਤਕ ਤਰਕ: ਸਟੋਰ 4 (R&D) ਅਤੇ ਸਟੋਰ 5 (Central) ਬਾਕੀ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਟੋਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਸਟੋਰ 1 ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਸਟੋਰ 2 ਦੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਛੋਟ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਗਾਹਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਭਲਾਈ ਦਾ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
4. 3-3 ਗਲੋਬਲ ਸਟ੍ਰੀਮ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ (Global Connectivity & MSME)
ਭਾਰਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਲਈ "3-3 ਗਲੋਬਲ ਸਟ੍ਰੀਮ" ਇੱਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਸੇਤੂ ਹੈ।
ਤਿੰਨ ਪੜਾਵੀ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ:
- MSME ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ: ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਉੱਦਮ ਦੀ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ।
- NGO/Welfare Society: ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਗੈਰ-ਮੁਨਾਫਾ ਸੰਸਥਾ।
- ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ: ਗੂਗਲ, ਲਿੰਕਡਇਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਟਸਐਪ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮੁਫਤ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਅਤੇ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ।
ਸਿਨਰਜੀ (Synergy): ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ MSME ਵਿੱਚ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। MSME ਢਾਂਚੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ, CAs ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰਾਂ (Facilitators) ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਖਰਚੇ WIPO, WTO ਅਤੇ WHO ਦੇ ਪੇਟੈਂਟ/ਟ੍ਰੇਡਮਾਰਕ ਗ੍ਰਾਂਟਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਵਾਪਸ (Reimbursement) ਮਿਲ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਖੋਜ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ (R&D) ਦਾ ਖਰਚਾ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
5. ਕਾਰੀਗਰ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਅਤੇ ਪੇਂਡੂ-ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਏਕੀਕਰਨ (Artisan Integration)

6. ਆਰ.ਐਂਡ.ਡੀ., ਸਾਈਮੈਟਿਕਸ ਅਤੇ ਟੋਪੋ ਹੀਲਿੰਗ (Scientific Conjectures)
