Should we stop repeating name of God if our control over breath is there as when inhaling equals exhaling? Even then, we continue so that we remain attached to our intellect and the ego because we have to use both the subtle body as well as the physical one. We remember God in the both of the cases, though it is the purpose, which changes; from serving ego to learn and make it the part of self-realization that the ego serves us.
The Anahad or Anahat Naad (Nada), which is the Astral (the Cosmic) Music as if Remembering and Praising God by singing, the way of Naam Japna.
This very music is by its own existence in all, going on ever in tune with the single frame of reference, the Supreme Conscious, possessing the absolute harmony, rhythm and balance of oneness in diversification. The Gurbani simplifies this concept of divine music to such an extent that a seeker never gets lost as the Gurbani says that that He Himself is present in the congregation and the place where Kirtan is sung that is His very Abode.
Even more is that He is present whenever His is remembered through Gurbani and or by His Name. What more is required when He is present in His name and Kirtan (singing of devotional music). Let us have it part of our life. How can we live without music in life? We cannot. Thanks for reading!
